Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we kindly ask you to contact The Courier Guy.
