Depending on the destination & value of the purchase, additional taxes & duties may be charged. It is the responsibility of the customer to cover these costs if applicable.  

Please note, orders may arrive sooner than the above delivery times but we cannot make guarantees on behalf of our courier. 

During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the higher volume of orders.

Orders are shipped on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we kindly ask you to contact The Courier Guy. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact us at hello@furrcollective.co.za once they've been contacted and our team will do our best to assist you.
